Catwalk Capers is a reality Teambuilding Australia program focusing on fashion design.
The teams compete against each other to create the best clothes, their designs being judged and an elimination process completed to reveal the final winning team. The teams are restricted in time, materials and theme choices.
The challenge requires teams to create garments from non-traditional materials, such as recycled materials or items from a grocery store. Teams may also choose to use the clothing off their own backs to design an outfit for a specific person to model, i.e. the CEO or senior management team.
The Catwalk Capers teambuilding exercise offers many incentives including;
- Fully tailored to suit organisations requests
- Two part program that can incorporate afternoon and evening
- Interactive, social exercise during the producing of clothes and the evening session
- The program is not location or weather dependent
- All physical abilities can be involved
With the inclusion of music and a stage (optional) teams parade their designs to the audience. Press and paparazzi are shooting as well, saving and editing the performance post program.
