During this workshop you will have the opportunity to explore and discusses a number of ideas, concepts and techniques to assist your organisation to operate in a world of extraordinary change and complexity. This development workshop will assist your leader’s managers and emerging leaders to raise their awareness of forms of thinking and approaches that can assist innovation, open opportunities to possible changes and to become more reflective and strategic in their business thinking. This development workshop will introduce participants to systems thinking scenario planning and narrative methods or discussing strategy and future planning.


This workshop is highly interactive discussion based workshop and a real test for participants to individually and together to build new understanding and approach to creating the future via experiential sessions.
This workshop can be tailored to operate for 2 to 3 days:

 Apprentice
Is your team Customer focused or Product Driven? What does it really take to win a customers business. The group will need to use all their skills and ingenuity if they are to succeed!

What does it really take to win a customer’s business through a consultative approach? Are they Customer focused or Product Driven?
This program asks delegates to demonstrate; what does it really take to win a customers business through a consultative approach? The group interacts in a new customer market and is required to build a mural solution called 'brand you'. They need to use all their skills, creativity and ingenuity if they are to succeed! 

The finale is where teams discover some powerful learning’s and the different approaches they took to solving the customers need.+more

  1. Know the needs of your audience and match your contents to their needs.
    Know your material thoroughly. Put what you have to say in a logical sequence. Ensure your speech will be captivating to your audience as well as worth their time and attention.
  2. Body language is important.
    Standing, walking or moving about with appropriate hand gesture or facial expression is preferred to sitting down or standing still with head down and reading from a prepared speech.
  3. Do not over-dazzle your audience with excessive use of animation, sound clips, or gaudy colors which are inappropriate for your topic. Do not torture your audience by putting a lengthy document in tiny print on an overhead and reading it out to them.+more
